Bactigras Tulle Gras Dressing – Sterile Antimicrobial Wound Dressing

A sterile, single-use tulle gras dressing designed to soothe and protect wounds while allowing viscous wound exudate to pass through to a secondary dressing. Made with a soft paraffin base and Leno weave, it provides gentle wound contact and comfortable protection.

Containing 0.5% chlorhexidine acetate BP, this dressing provides antimicrobial protection while its open-weave construction helps support effective exudate management. With a wear time of up to 4 days, it can be removed easily in a single piece for convenient dressing changes.
