| Same-Day Dispatch | In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM local time on a business day will generally be dispatched that day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or statutory holidays, or containing temporarily unavailable products will generally be processed on the next applicable business day. |
| Order Processing | Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Unexpected order volume, payment verification, inventory discrepancies, or carrier interruptions may occasionally affect processing times. |

| Estimated Delivery | Delivery generally takes 1–2 business days after dispatch for most serviced locations. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, transportation interruptions, peak periods, remote locations, and carrier delays may affect arrival. |
| Backordered Products | If an ordered product is backordered, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you within 48 hours. We will provide available information about its status and anticipated availability where possible. |
| Tracking Information | Tracking information is provided after dispatch. It may not become active until the carrier scans the shipment, which commonly occurs by the following business day. If tracking has not arrived by then, email sale@medicore.ca and include your order number. |
| Shipping Carriers | We use established national and regional carriers. The carrier is selected according to the destination, product, warehouse location, and service availability. A specific carrier may not always be selectable. |
| Remote & Extended Areas | Remote, rural, northern, and extended-service destinations may require additional delivery time and may be subject to extra fees or service limitations. We may contact you before dispatch if a significant additional charge applies. |
| Shipping Address | Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, street address, unit number, city, province or territory, postal code, and contact information. Address errors may result in delays, failed deliveries, additional fees, or returns. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. |
| Delivery Delays | Delivery may be affected by severe weather, carrier or transportation disruptions, natural disasters, labour disruptions, peak shipping periods, remote-area limitations, incorrect address information, supply-chain interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. |
| Damaged Shipments | Photograph the damaged product and shipping packaging, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and related materials until the claim has been reviewed. |
| Missing or Incorrect Products | Inspect your order promptly and report missing or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery. Check your tracking details first, as orders may arrive in multiple shipments. |
| Order Cancellations | Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before fulfillment or shipping, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Once fulfillment has begun, our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies. |
