This sterile Bactigras tulle gras dressing is a single-use, soft paraffin dressing with a Leno weave that allows viscous wound exudate to pass through to a secondary dressing. It contains 0.5% chlorhexidine acetate BP for antimicrobial protection, can be worn for up to 4 days, and can be removed easily in a single piece for convenient dressing changes.
