Stratasorb Island Wound Dressing is a versatile multi-layer dressing designed to protect wounds, absorb drainage, and provide secure coverage. Its non-adherent contact layer helps protect the wound site without sticking to granulating tissue, while the absorbent pad provides cushioning and manages wound drainage.

The adhesive border helps keep the dressing securely in place, while the semi-occlusive, waterproof polyurethane film helps deter external contaminants and maintain an optimal wound environment. It can be used as either a primary or secondary dressing.
