The thick absorbent pad helps reduce fluid strike-through and protects the wound from external trauma while remaining conformable to different body contours, including difficult areas such as the shoulders and axillae. A low-allergy acrylic adhesive provides secure fixation, while the convenient protector paper design allows quick, aseptic application without touching the absorbent pad or adhesive surface.
